Review Of Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. The resort is beautifully maintained — clean rooms, green surroundings, and great vibes all around. Special thanks to Ms. Anistha at the reception — she was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The housekeeping was excellent, everything was spotless every day. The beach access is amazing — just a walk to a clean and peaceful beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool and indoor games . The breakfast spread had good variety !! The Diwali décor was simply beautiful — colourful, festive, and full of warmth. The staff were polite and cheerful, making our stay feel truly special. Overall, a perfect place to relax and unwind. We’d love to visit again and highly recommend it to other travellers!!!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated directly beside the beach. The rooms are neat, clean, and the property is well maintained. The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast offers a wide and satisfying selection. Additionally, the in-house restaurant and bars provide a high standard of service and quality.

This was our second stay, we loved our first stay here, we enjoyed it a lot, the resort has private access to the beach. Overall stay was refreshing, the resort is well maintained with good service. Food at seagull is good but in room dining can improve. A pleasant and peaceful stay.

Everything was picture perfect. except Sohum Spa. 1 of 5 star for the overall experience in spa. they are not true professional therapist yet. not worth the money.

Property was beautiful and well maintained . Only thing which we didn't like was the housekeeping service . Rest everything was perfect.

A four night memorable stay at Dona Sylvia Resort for a birthday celebration. Stayed in a executive villa. Likes - Beach access to pristine Cavelossim Beach, Amenities at Resort, Wide Open Green Spaces, Two swimming pools, Housekeeping, Babyfood by Chef, clean and spacious bathroom and room. What can be improved - Breakfast buffet Spread especially Desserts, smart TV in all rooms, Wifi connectivity. The whole tram was welcoming and prompt in addressing any issues. Another plus was the access to stores, pharmacy and restaurants just outside the resort. The resort and rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Amazing Resort with Private Beach and View...Had a lot of Fun at the Beach and Pool...Food is Great too...The Breakfast buffet had lot of options and Good Food...Staff is very helpful and Kind...I will recommend to book your stay in South Goa ...

Small rooms which are not properly cleaned, No valet parking, Very old property. Most important that while having a meal we noticed bird ( crow) flying in a restaurant which I think is not good at such 5Star property.

I recently stayed once again at Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort, Cavelossim, and every time I return, it feels like home by the sea. This was my fifth visit, and it only reaffirms why I keep coming back. The location itself is unbeatable – right on the peaceful Cavelossim beach, with the luxury of stepping out into golden sands and the sound of waves just a short walk away. What truly makes the experience special, however, is the people. Geeta from Guest Relations went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. At check-in, Ruby welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt relaxed and cared for. During breakfast, Joyita and Piyali were always attentive, smiling, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. The food deserves a special mention – thanks to Chef Ravinder, who makes every meal a delight, from the lavish breakfast spreads to the flavorful Goan specialties. Every visit here reminds me why this resort is my go-to destination in Goa: the perfect blend of great hospitality, excellent food, and a serene beachfront setting. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious Goan escape.

Location of the property is good. But Hospitality is 0, food - 0, rooms - 0. Wet floor inside room. You have to call them 2-3 times to remind one thing you asked. But they will call you many times to remind your checkout date and time

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Goa. The check-in was very smooth even though I arrived late at night around 11 pm. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort is excellent – very clean, neat, and well maintained. Room service was quick and efficient, and I even got food delivered to my room late at night without any problem. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The restaurant has a wide menu and the food was delicious. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Novotel, Goa to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and great service.

They gave our rooms 40mins after the checkin time and they kept calling multiple times right before checkout time
