Small rooms which are not properly cleaned, No valet parking, Very old property. Most important that while having a meal we noticed bird ( crow) flying in a restaurant which I think is not good at such 5Star property.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed once again at Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort, Cavelossim, and every time I return, it feels like home by the sea. This was my fifth visit, and it only reaffirms why I keep coming back. The location itself is unbeatable – right on the peaceful Cavelossim beach, with the luxury of stepping out into golden sands and the sound of waves just a short walk away. What truly makes the experience special, however, is the people. Geeta from Guest Relations went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. At check-in, Ruby welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt relaxed and cared for. During breakfast, Joyita and Piyali were always attentive, smiling, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. The food deserves a special mention – thanks to Chef Ravinder, who makes every meal a delight, from the lavish breakfast spreads to the flavorful Goan specialties. Every visit here reminds me why this resort is my go-to destination in Goa: the perfect blend of great hospitality, excellent food, and a serene beachfront setting. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious Goan escape.

Not as good as expected
Location of the property is good. But Hospitality is 0, food - 0, rooms - 0. Wet floor inside room. You have to call them 2-3 times to remind one thing you asked. But they will call you many times to remind your checkout date and time

Stay at Novotel
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Goa. The check-in was very smooth even though I arrived late at night around 11 pm. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort is excellent – very clean, neat, and well maintained. Room service was quick and efficient, and I even got food delivered to my room late at night without any problem. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The restaurant has a wide menu and the food was delicious. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Novotel, Goa to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and great service.

They gave our rooms 40mins after the checkin time and they kept calling multiple times right before checkout time

Excellent Stay
Hospitality and food are good. we like the pools and room maintenance. It is very near to beach and easily accessible.

Excellent monsoon holidays at Novotel. Ideally located on the beach with beautiful villas. Food was amazing too.

Beautiful property, very well maintained, courteous staff.
We recently visited the property, stayed for 3N/4D and I must say it was an amazing experience throughout. The staff we came across - Ruby, Ismail, Abhishek and Dhanraj, they were so welcoming and courteous that their service made our stay even more enjoyable. We tried the restaurants- Seagull, Kurries & Kebabs, and the Bar area, and I must say not even a single food item or drinks disappointed us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect Family Getaway Spot
A pleasant stay for families and friends with clean and tidy Beach villas, with stunning swimming pools, tropical landscaping gardens and private beach access . Property has several food options with 3 restaurants . overall experience is great and definitely good spot for a family vacation.

Ccertainly has repeat value
Stayed with family (including elderly parents) and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Beautifully maintained property, great staff, fantastic food, easy access to a clean beach, a decent swimming pool and two very good restaurants just outside the hotel (in additions to the ones inside the hotel). Certainly has repeat value!!!

Family Bonding
Location of the property is good and access to sea beach great. We enjoy the stay and play at beach. Very neat and clean beautiful beach. Food is good but sharing breakfast with group trip is problematic. Boy like Ismaili is very good

to expensive for the level of attitude and service
Lot of miscommunication from hotel. Date of booking with a mistake, very expensive rate for early check in. In breakfast buffet rude employees said to me that I need to pay the breakfast when was included and they have insisted also in front of the evidences. If you order a la cart time that you need to wait is minimum 40 minutes!
