Location is beautiful, service is also good, just found one problem during our stay that water pipe was broken but they solved it till morning, so overall good stay

The stay was comforting and the care taker, Tarif Sarkar was amazing. The building is quite old but the vibe was good and soothing. Truly recommend for stay in cozy rooms and surrounding full of greenery in Goa !

The stay was very pleasant and peaceful for a family of three. Tarif has been very cooperative and supportive to provide us with the best service. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay near to the prime spot at madgaon.

Stay was good. Staff behaviour found satisfactory. This hotel is nearby colva and majorda beaches which makes it more convenient. Overall good stay. Because of small campus, someone can find difficulty in parking own car.

Not much services. All plug points in our room was loose. Ac didn't start. The attendant tried best but couldn't. The place can be avoided. Attendant was helpful to his maximum extent which he could. That was good to see.
