Review Of Temple Tree Homes(NEXT TO SANKARA & BEHIND APOLLO HOSPITAL SINGLE BHK)

Stay was horrible. The Owner forced me to pay Rs. 600 per day before allowing check in. i paid extra Rs 3000/- for my stay.Please take action for refund of the same.

Don't believe the pictures and the amenities list. The rooms are old and in need of repairs, smelly and full of mosquitoes. Wasn't even worth half the price we paid. The only positives was its location as it is right next to sankara nethralaya hospital and that it had pots and pans and an induction cooker, but there wasn't even a water boiler.

Paid by seeing photos of two rooms where 3persons can stay and a dining table with sitting area is also shown. But when visited, owner shifted us to a single room with three bed and with a small kitchen.

Rooms were not good. We asked for better rooms if available as we went to check up in apollo hospital. Moreover, we were not habituated in staying such stuffy rooms. The person in charge hurled abusive language. Being disgraced, we immediately left and did not have any refund.

I found baby snack in the room. Floor was sleepy & dirty. There was no attendant for any help. Drinking water was not available. Kitchen utensil was not there. Ac was not functioning properly. Very bad property

It was very close to my activity centre. Enjoyed my stay.

I did not stay there you know. I have lost 12000 for you. I could not stay in temple tree house. Contrary to room shown by mmt he gave me a filthy room. I am a doctor but gone apollo hospital for operation. Aged about 68 yrs, my wife 63 yrs. The proprietor was not present. It was raining heavily. He told me that next day he can offer better room with extra charge. I told that tomorrow is my appointment in hospital at 9 am. But nothing done. Waited for half hours and left it and went to care guest house which i booked early in this year through mmt. The owner threatened me that he will not refund. Is it a behaviour with a senior citizen? and mmt also after complain do nothing only offered a rs 2000 voucher. It is also shameful for mmt to behave with a very old customer

The pictures shown are a sham. They look nothing like the actual size and state of the rooms. Upon inspection one of the taps didn’t work. The whole room smelt like it hadn’t been used in forever. The walls were all spit-stained and unlike anything the condition the photos show them to be in. Don’t know if this is due to the deliberate negligence of the owner (who doesn’t even live on the property) or the caretaker left in charge of the property.

Property is located in prime location, but not maintained well. The room provided was unhygienic and in the midnight water got over there was no response from emergency number provided in the room for contact. Moreover there were lot of mosquitos also inside the room. Ideally the room is worth 500 to 700 only.

It was my awesome experience with my family. The location was very peaceful and calm. The property was nearby from the City area. The room was also so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness and facilities were good. I must recommend the property To others.

It was a very good property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities provided or location. I stayed there with my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was total value for money. I must recommend this property To others.

There was no water in the morning at the washroom except the flush.

There were no facilities for water at all. There was no water for bathing purposes so leave drinking water. The toilet was also not good. The rooms were very average. There was a kitchen, and utensils were also provided, but it was of no use because there was no arrangement of water at all. The caretaker was present during check-in and checkout time only. When we asked him To provide water, he said us To arrange it by ourselves from outside. There were no issues with safety. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not clean. The location was also no that good as there was no proper transportation available from there. The behaviour of the concerned person was also fine.

I would like To say. It's very safe and cool place To stay with family.

My expectation from that property was high. Wanted an environment, where I can feel like a home. That was the reason, I booked the home stay, but there was nothing like that. No facilities were there and no security. The caretaker was a nice guy, the food was also tasty. Room was pleasurable. Recommendable property.
