Location is good and well connected to bus. In bathroom the hangers are not there and they don’t have power backup’s. Regarding lighting’s the room doesn’t have night lamps. And Ac is making more noise while running. I’m giving only 3 out of 5 for this stay.

The stay is good , it can be better by providing toiletries . I recommend this hotel for short trips

Very very bad stay, the cleanliness and professional behavior is zero. Such a terrible hotel to stay at this price.

There was no food facilities in this property. We stay in this property only for the location. The location is very good for my requirement. The caretaker is good. The room is also good and economical considering the location. Good place for short stay.

It’s good for weekend, if the amount of stay for one day it’s little bit high for that type of room.

The stay was amazing. Host was nice. Good connectivity to other places.

There was no telephone number to call incase you need anything. There wasn't any receptionist sitting in the office. I had to call the staff multiple times to get a bottle of water. The staff was very rude. He used to hang up my call and after 8pm there was no one for any help.

Room and services are good but parking facility was not there. Overall average. .

Stay at serenity inn porur was a bit disappointing for 2 reasons - firstly : free wifi as shown as basic necessities provided by hotel was not available. Staff, instead of providing wifi gave lame reasons as - "wifi data is over, bill needs to be paid. "will pay by the evening" but they didn't and there was no wifi. It was one the main amenities for which we selected to stay at hotel - as i had some office work i needed to tend to. Secondly - ac control was at reception and every-time we left the room, upon coming bk had to ask the staff to gv bk the power for ac for which they took their own sweet time. On second day of stay - ac was not working for 2-3 hrs for some unknown reason despite electricity being available. Also a minor hiccup is the metro construction going on in the locality. Which caused a lot of traffic congestion throughout the day. Making reaching or leaving the location a strenuous task.
