Good place to stay in Chottanikkara
coupleIt was a cool stay and easy access to Chottanikkara Temple. Check in and Check out processes were very customer friendly. We recommend this hotel due to good location, next door is a Vegetarian Food Restaurant, amenities and services are standard, neat and tidy. Bed sheets and blankets need little improvement in pleasantness.

Terrible Stay
We paid 5600 for 2 rooms for non ac rooms but the offline price is only 1500 and it's worth for 1500 only. First time we are experiencing this kind of looting from you

Terrible Stay
The hotel cashier's attitude was very bad and rude. The room had a lot of issues. The room door lock wasn't working. The room bed plywood was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep. The room allocated to us was in the 4th floor and the lift wasn't working because of which my parents who are senior citizens with joint pain had to walk up and down 4 floors and the hotel management did not take the responsibility of getting the lift repaired immediately. Pathetic service altogether.

Good stay for chottanikkara devotees.
Just 2 to 3 minutes walk from temple. Rooms are clean and good. Provides towels and soaps. Has a very good vegetarian restaurant. No kettle in the room.

The bath towel is more than 10 years old. Veer y dirty not good for family why this people is doing this

Poor Stay
The first impression is lost as no one is available at the reception the whole day. Also there is no telephone service in a deluxe ac room. Power went off for abt 10 minutes and nothing was done abt it

Clean and tidy hotel
We had a very comfortable stay at temple plaza. The facility is very near to chottanikkata bhagawathy suman temple. Restaurant food was superb.

Refund amount
familyI booked two suite room for 15-16 on an amount of rs 7485. However on arrival to my dismay we found that the room was already issued to somebody else. They provided us with delux roomrs 2000) which was costing less than suite (rs2500)room. Both rates are hotel rates if booked directly. Whee this issue was raised with make my trip, they gave a feedback amount of rs 1800 only whereas i should have received an amount of rs3485.
