The hospitality here is excellent, they really know how to take care of their guests, i will come again.

Hotel was good clean and has supportive staff and nice service given by the hotel members totally worth it!

There is always a problem now a days if you booked room with a discounted rate, the hotel owner always asked for extra money to pay i don't no why? Room was ok bed sheet looks used small holes in the sheet.

Terrible risky hotel only gives rooms to local unmarried couples on hourly basis.

Nothing works in there so called deluxe rooms. Ac is just a show piece it doesnt work, me and my roommate were sweating whole night even if ac was on turbo mode. Geyser didnt work, i had took a cold shower. Flush didnt worked i used bucket to flush. They had imposed to many rules, hotel was feeling like boarding school. And most important thing swiggy zomato is not allowed in hotel. And they close thier doors by 10 pm at night after that you cannot enter your hotel. It was such a pathetic experience. We waited for 2 hours outside in rain because hotel was demanding extra. 2000 rupess even amount was showing fully paid. I will give no stars to thier so called deluxe rooms

Please just avoid this hotel. In every term, they are just fraud and cheater. They will get your money and be looted by them. All traveller should avoid this.

They charged the twice the amount of what i already paid through mmt, they rejected my stay and said that we haven’t did your booking mm t did and the price u paid we would not allow you tu stay or else pay 3000 extra, which i did and the total booking costed me for 4300 inr

Didn't get check in only how i can review i called and said that i have arrived early so can you please gave us early check in and the responded very badly

Actually I had booked my stay at this hotel in Kolkata but once I reached the hotel after traveling 14 hours self drive journey the man at the reception says we haven't received your payment 😞😞 ,I was shocked.I insisted them to atleast give a room actually I had booked and made payment for three rooms but it went in vain ,my little boy aged 1 yr old was crying but they didn't listen . Suddenly my son hurt himself with our luggage trolley after having lot of discussion and difficulties my son got injured they finally gave one room that too full of cigarettes smoke smell.later I asked for other two rooms they said it's still not vacated and the time was near about 1:30pm where our check in time was 12 noon.

I can’t check in the hotel, hotel receptionist say that hotel allowed only people have id on other city

It was good stay but price was little higher for property like this. The room was very small and geyser was not working.

My stay at vhyom sky palace was good. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was also good. Staffs were helpful. The entry to the hotel is a little conjusted. Overall experience was good. Look forward to stay again.
