Good hotel. All Rooms are small and of same size. Its basically an OYE HOTEL. staff excellent. hotel is slightly at outskirts. veh will be required for going up to lake and vice versa.

Staff and hotel owner is helpful though it's a 10-15 mins walk from mall road, worth stay and pleasant experience, food is good on order. Guidance is also good, overall value for money

do not book the hotel, it is too far from lake. hotel do not provide towel, soap, anything to me. it is oyo based room not for family.

Everything was good, from hygiene to food. One should have their meal from the hotel itself as its price was reasonable. The behavior of hotel members was also good.

This is the worst hotel in Nainital. They do not provide breakfast included in the room charges so do not pay for it. They will blame it and show a notice on the wall which says breakfast not provided. The rooms are very untidy. On checkout, the owner tried to act smart and took my phone to look into the issue,but he was actually trying to give rating for our stay! If this is the only hotel left in Nainital, go somewhere else. Do not waste your money/time/energy here.

Worst hotel experience, the property is very far away from any major tourist attraction, no cab or any other transport is available near the hotel, i had to walk several km in a day because of this & above all this i was being given a small room that was nowhere similar to what i booked on mmt. I had to fight with the property owner to get the room changed.

the experience was very disappointing. i booked my stay and paid for it. as soon as i reached to the hotel, i was informed that they have no rooms available. it was really very disappointing moment for me infront of my family.

Hotel room cleaning not done in any day. There was hygiene issue as well.

We as a group booked 3 rooms and fortunately got them together like a private apartment which added to great experience. The host was quite friendly and staff was helpful. Food was also fine and even zomato delivery was allowed to explore outside food which was nice. Only caveat we faced was that one of the washrooms out of the three was utterly bad with foul smell from sewage. We had to manage with the other two (good part was 1 of them had a door outside like common washroom in an apartment so it got manageable. Overall good location, good food and we had good stay.
