I booked this property on MMT and booking is very easy.. and then the hotel also good , smooth check in. Responsive team

No geyser in the bathroom, had to use and plug in heater that they gave, sheets were stained, room smelled of mildew, too many bugs in the room, name of the hotel is not what it says in make my trip, the springs in the bed were poking out. There's no power point near the bed. The room doesn't look like the pictures at all.

Wrong amenities information. even make my trip also fooling the customers. I opted the room with breakfast, but they haven't provided

The room is very small and not so hygiene. cockroaches are there all over the place and no good maintenance

The hotel experience was terrible overall. For the starter they were ready to provide only one towel per room (we have booked two rooms, 4 members. When i asked for second towels they said they have a stock issue, within a few mins they got two towels, which i doubt were not washed from the previous use. Secondly: some rooms don't have geyser, so they changed our room. Thirdly: bed sheets were torn. And finally which is the most important one, they don't provide any breakfast when we asked they said "we don't provide any breakfast, make my trip writes like that"

While I booked the hotel, it said breakfast will be provided, but they said we don't serve breakfast writes like that. so instead of playing the blame game the hotel can ask to remove the facility of breakfast. secondly they provided only two towels for 4 members. they said one towel for one room. after shouting at them they provided two more towels which I doubt is an used one. thirdly bed sheet was torn in one of the rooms. fourthly AVOID STAYING IF YOU ARE COMING WITH FAMILY, as it was challenging for us.

It was very excellent experience..The Room was very clean and safe. Must visit and the price is also reasonable. Go for it...

The room was not neat the beed sheets were not well maintained. No geyser. Tv not working. No proper room service. The hotel was selling local bottled water not branded one like kinley, aquafina or bisleri. I will stop using mmt if you tie-up with such hotels next time.

Despite confirmed booking through mm t the hotel refused the guests including 3 females and one teenage male to provide any room, telling that the rooms were given to other guests. This is a very unfortunate and extremely harassing experience faced by the genuine guests. After a long tag of war of 4 hours they were given one room and thereafter another room was allotted. No compensation was made for the 4/5 hours less stay time at hotel with painful harassment. I think mm t should be careful for this kind of misconduct.
