I stayed for 3.night and 4.days. The hotel rooms & toilets are very clean and property is very well maintained, all the staff are well mannered and courteous. their morning breakfast spread is also good and food is tasty. Lunch and Dinner is good. overall I am very Happy & satisfied with my stay. price wise also it is not expensive. It is Best Hotel in Vishakapatnam.

I booked one executive room but unfortunately it seems like moisture inside the room while checked in. However I raised this concern to MMT and then the hotel concerned person agreed to upgrade the room to a suite room which is compensated with the same tariff. Very good support from MMT. On the 2nd day, the lift was in maintenance,so it was a little difficult for those staying on the 4th floor.

Pros - The room was spacious Breakfast was good. Staffs behaviour was very polite and supportive. Smooth check in and checkout Cons- Food menu for order was very less options and the price was bit higher side as per quantity and taste. Food taste should improve a bit specially main courses as the price is bit higher side . Just a single lift which caused wait a bit . No mini fridge.

Decline in maintainance

As compared to previous stays as of my experience the quality of maintained of hotel declined and service is not as expected there is a change of word regarding late checkout at first they mentioned 500+gst but at billing time they charged 800+gst this was not the first time I am late checking out in the hotel previously they charged 500+gst.
