The stay was comfortable, we tried the in house Chinese restaurant, the food was good. Services was also good. However the hotels housekeeping could be better as it lot of time for them to respond and their was a certain cigarette smell in room which even after being informed was not resolved. Overall okay stay could have better

The buffet layout was Catering more to Bengali palate.The room service was lethargic and no ventilation in rooms also the food preparation was not up to the mark .

The food at the hotel was very good and tasty, and we really enjoyed the variety. However, cleanliness was an issue. In the Ocean restaurant, whenever tables were wiped, the dirty waste was just thrown on the floor and not cleaned properly. Many times we found plates that were not clean and had to be replaced. On the positive side, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is also excellent, just about 200 meters from RK Beach, which makes it very convenient.
