Review Of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Devee Grand Bay, Visakhapatnam

Room size is small, i booked club room,day 1 hospitality by staff was not great,.day 2 they changed the room and it was ok.

service need to be improved .. food quality is average .. average hospitality.. not value for money

Food is good Bathroom shower was not working properly And i checked in 2nd day morning..so it was short

No twin bed room , no modifications Not have with motor because there is no twin bedroom, actually main bedroom, but they are not given twin bedroom room and no modification booking, so I'm not happy with WelcomHotel

Location, food and services are Good. Good Hospitality. Nice breakfast spread. Good amenities including swimming pool.

The hotel was very well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to stay if u would love to enjoy the sea view from your room with a cup a coffee.

Had a great experience, for 2 day vacation don’t know where to go i suggest go to Visakhapatnam one of the place to relax your mind

My room had a very good beach view. Very pleasant experience. Staff very courteous n well mannered. Breakfast spread could be better.

Tables and chairs are not good and room also very congested.Room allotment time also very late.

over all our (with family ) stay is good. Welcome ITC hotels always shows their signature mark in staff behavior, maintenance, food taste, different options to reach their customer taste like swimming pool, bar, zym, children play area etc.

hotel is good the mattress ae very bad as its old we got a severe back pain and informed the reception also

Tables are full of dust in the room and water flow exit in shower area is blocked very poor maintenance

We felt a good room as soon as we enter.., but few issues identified... AC is not proper and wooden floor becoming wet, similarly lot of repair sounds from outside.. moreover bed is completely spring..
