I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sun Ray Resorts in Vizag, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, spacious lawns, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It truly feels like a getaway from the busy city life. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests. The food was another highlight – delicious, with a good variety of both veg and non-veg options. The resort also has plenty of activities for both kids and adults – swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor sports, and even cycling paths. Poor room maintenance was the main issue. Old telephone with poor display. Mosquitos in room . egg smelling bathroom invited us. Janitor just dumped soap liquid and left which made bathroom floor skiddy. Another issue was early closure of kids play areas. After 6 pm I found it tough to engage kids outside. Last but not least. No street lighting inside. We were afraid of snakes due to which we avoided outside walking/cycling.

The location is very good, food is tasty, amenities are not that much attractive but the services provided were really impressive. The indoor activities weren't given access and said under maintenance. The parking area for guests vehicles needs to be improved.

The ambience was too good but many disappointing situations during the stay. Like poor management of rooms especially bathrooms which are clogged and leaky taps. Private pool was in huge demand that after many requests we had a slot to have it for one hour. Food was ok ok which is not worth of price we pay, and special note for the pollution free zone which is not actually. To avoid the air pollution the parking is at the exit but everything is served with plastic plates, cups and water bottles which should be avoided

Location is excellent.. easy to reach from vizag.. Mr Venkat garu helped a lot by arranging private pool time of our choice.. This is the first time the room alloted was smaller. room is manageable, alloted but it's bathroom is terrible with ants and water clogging. Otherwise food is decent and service is excellent.
