location is good..food is good.. amenities it lacks the basic ones like indoor games for adults. we couldn't find a theater inside which is expected of a 5 start property. most of all, the access card to our room was malfunctioning. That too 4-5 times. we had to.wait 10 -15 minutes each time that happened. after we vehemently stated our frustration, they managed to repair it. being a 5 star, we expected it to have over the counter medicines like calpol. it didn't have that nor it made any arrangements. I had to go some 6 7 kms to fetch it. The beach is only from 6am to 6pm. And is poorly maintained with no high tea or Activities. Guys,learn from Mayfair,Gopalpur. check out was carelessly done . No bills was offered only money transaction receipt was given. overall,I wouldn't say the experience was great. it was okay.Not visiting again. Novotel, park and welcome hotels are far more appealing

Our Son got hurt at the rear entrance (from swimming pool). It was raining and no shelter and thanks to one of the guests who was making ruckus, yelling at the hotel staffs asking for bath towels - half naked. I asked for the CCTV footage but yet to get it. Please assist.

Food Is excellent. Only food gets a Five star rating. Early check in support by staff is appreciated. Overall Staff courtesy not appropriate. They need to be well trained. Room allotted was under maintenance works. However it was partly resolved. Recreation facilities are not great. Being a leisure property, these facilities to be looked into with great attention. (Indoor as well as outdoor not great) There were cycles but most of them in repair, there were bow and arrows but no facility to play, there were Pool/ Snookers but cue stick not in condition. No privacy at pool since it was right at entrance. At the pool, there are no kids safety inflatable tubes. No proper assistance at Pool area.

Nice place for family with good regional and contemporary food options (kids loved food and service), places to visit around, baggy (electric kart) ride, play area and large pool with temperature controlled water. Our short family visit was memorable.

We celebrated our Marriage Anniversary at Radisson blu resort, Vizag.. The Place is so good that you don't feel like going anywhere, everything is at one place.. very friendly staff, Especially at restaurant 365 and Ethinic.. choice our menu was good.. Rooms especially Ocean view room is very nice and we had great time.. rooms are very well furnished for all needs of guests.. washroom are Clean and well maintained.. great work by housekeeping staff.. Overall.. its a wonderful place to have a Weekend getaway...

nice and clean rooms. food is good. few staff members in the restaurant need training on attending guests. probably need more staff in restaurant. The person who seem to be supervisor need to receive guests and take feedbacks from them. he is simply concentrating on few guests of his choice. need more supervising staff as serving people need some guidance. It seems like the mattress is a spring mattress, not comfortable at all. need more support for the spine. Excellent staff at reception very humble, room service was good, drivers in wallet parking, Security staff are too good. please change the mattress.

I always prefer to stay in Radisson to relax for a day few times a year but this time it has been very bad experience as there were multiple lizards in the room which were making loud noises the whole night so i couldnt get any sleep . Total waste of my money
