location is perfect, stay was good.but the only problem is their itinerary says that they have smoking rooms,but at real they have not,so it's difficult to stay for smoking person.

I have been here on Sep 1st to spend my anniversary with my family. I took 2 pool view room and they look fine. I liked the Hotel greenery and nature , it was so nice and well maintained outside. Also I would like to pint out that the staff was nice ,Especially the staff at breakfast time was so helpful and service oriented. Few things they can improve is on .. - check-in timings , we got the rooms late and waited more than hour to get my rooms.

We stayed at the hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and well connected, which made our trip comfortable. The rooms and facilities were decent for the price, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, we did face an issue with the food. While the variety and presentation were fine, a few of our family members developed gastritis after meals, which was quite concerning and affected our stay. This is an area where the hotel needs to pay more attention—especially towards food hygiene and preparation standards.If the food quality is improved, this would definitely be a much better choice for families and travelers.

Terrible Stay

Worst 5 star hotel ever. Big cockroach in the toilet. Shabby service. Reception staff didn’t understand English properly. Doors were all sticky. Furniture was dirty. It’s no way a 5 star property.

We got ne king bed room and one twin bed room. Rooms were in terrible condition not matching anywhere to 5 star standard. Balcony were all wet and dangerous to walk. Food was very very gold and waiters response was also very very slow

great location vs suck ass service

The park is located at a very good location with serene beach view but they counter compensate with their service which sucks at some level ,check in for me was an hour delayed , I didn’t had my room keys for more than a day and I had to call room service every time I needed enter my room and apparently they didn’t bother resolving it sooner. I was offered the key next day in evening, when I asked them to move me to a better room as a good will for bad experience which actually didn’t happen too. Food was okay , buffet is actually good otherwise it’s came across expensive to me when compared to taste.

For the amount we payed it was not upto the mark. Old hotel with poor quality rooms without sound proper sound insulation. Outside party sound is very disturbing at night.
