Super hotel, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the hotel.Everyone book the hotel highly recommended.

no proper hot water there charges an extra amount on Laundry & Complimentary welcome drinks also there charged amount

It’s warm and welcoming and ambience of the room was good. The service of the staff was so excellent and the food was so tasty it made us so happy.👌

Washrooms are not so clean, no welcome kit provided, which is expected for this tariff asked for extra bed at the check in and paid for the same while booking through bookmytrip, but they sent it almost after 2 hrs needs lot of improvements in room, or else they have to decrease the tariff

Room service was not good in attending to guest in room dinning requests. Shower did not work initially after we checked in. Overall Okay Okay.

Poor AC and water facility. Had dirty water coming from my tap. Service is also average and not so friendly

SVN Lake Hotel The hotel's prime location is a definite plus. However, the room didn't quite match the price point, which might lead travelers to consider other options. The restaurant, while clean, had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the experience. Overall, it's an average hotel. Booking online might be the best approach to secure a good rate.

Hotel in prime location in the heart of the city, neatly maintained rooms with friendly and courteous staff. Complimentary break was good.

The hotel is well maintained, starting from entrance to the rooms everything is clean. Front office staff are professional, and check-in was smooth.

Decent Place to stay at Vizianagaram

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also convenient and easily accessible.

Bed sheets are not in good shape. AC is having very old controls and making lot of sound when compressor is on and off, i think

This hotel appears to be quite old, emitting an old and unpleasant odor. It should have been scented properly to avoid that smell.

Excellent & wow in every angel . Its my second visit for the official trip for a week . The property designed beautifully & enjoyed in its lake view renovated rooms . The best 💯 & rare part is its team members behaviour . So humble polite & sweet interactions Which Bus really heart warming . I have stayed in five stars as well but this is a diffrent experience all together . I m a mad lover of its south indian out let Big Byte . Amazing food taste , clean higenic & staff service is super . I only have two suggestion to the management, one - the mattress is bit extra soft even after I have changed to the hard side by your staff , two - the over head water tank & its like line supply need to be covered as the water on the bathroom become hot in shower which cant use between 10am to 7pm . Just to take care these two , Else its cheers again

Suit room was really good and spacious. Food is nice but coming to the hospitality of front desk people or any of the staff is not satisfactory. A bit of carelessness is seen in staff behaviour.
