SVN Lake Palace

we had a wonderful stay on our official visit . the restaurant big bite is just wow & no words to its quantity , quality & pricing.there is mr jagannath & many more assist us the staff are too humble ,polite & excellent in their behaviour. we will never forget raju, santos ,prasad, banga rao, radhika, sujatha , basanta & raj laxmi & many more names we forgot who have extended their hospitality during the stay . the rooms need renovation on an urgent basis . the bed is fully lost in its quality & the mattresses are difficult to sleep which causes back pain . the tariff SVN Lake Palace is charging to justify the service standard those basic changes & upgradation is needed . in such a good SVN Lake Palace the duvet is expected instead of a general blanket . the bathroom exhaust needs to be activated properly which is not happening . but it's the team who still maintain the property better . wishing all the best & will be right back soon . i hope my lines will be treated as a suggestion instead of a complaint . cheers 😃👌. i missed out hemlata & ganesh 😍😍

Excellent & wow in every angel . Its my second visit for the official trip for a week . The property designed beautifully & enjoyed in its lake view renovated rooms . The best 💯 & rare part is its team members behaviour . So humble polite & sweet interactions Which Bus really heart warming . I have stayed in five stars as well but this is a diffrent experience all together . I m a mad lover of its south indian out let Big Byte . Amazing food taste , clean higenic & staff service is super . I only have two suggestion to the management, one - the mattress is bit extra soft even after I have changed to the hard side by your staff , two - the over head water tank & its like line supply need to be covered as the water on the bathroom become hot in shower which cant use between 10am to 7pm . Just to take care these two , Else its cheers again

Suit room was really good and spacious. Food is nice but coming to the hospitality of front desk people or any of the staff is not satisfactory. A bit of carelessness is seen in staff behaviour.

Comfortable stay for reasonable price. It would be great, if they could allow the flexibility in check-in and check-out timings - like early check-in and early checkout.

The SVN Lake Palace is well maintained, starting from entrance to the rooms everything is clean. Front office staff are professional, and check-in was smooth.

Hotel in prime location in the heart of the city, neatly maintained rooms with friendly and courteous staff. Complimentary break was good.

Clean rooms, washrooms. Except the bed sheet easily accessible location with nice car parking facility.
