room was neat, clean and tidy and very spacious, location just 5 minutes drive to rushiconda beach,ola and rapido can be booked easily,staff were very courteous and professional, breakfast was delicious with plenty options although there was no in house restaurant but evening snacks were provided and one can order food through zomato and swiggy, coffee machine was one of the best part, try strong cappuccino and mocha, overall relaxing stay, would definitely come back again.

This place is clean and good to stay. Only downside is that its 10 mins walk inside, from main road. Little inconvenience if you have your own vehicle

One of the best hotels at this price. The hotel is a bit inside from the highway but don't get me wrong, the studio room with sea view is one of the biggest rooms I have stayed IN and a crazy view. There are still chances in future more hotels or buildings will stand in front of this view but until that happens, this is a gem.

An excellent hotel. All the boxes are ticked. Out of the box design, good quality toiletries, clean rooms and corridors.

rooms are good bt cleanliness to be improved. linens are not upto mark and visitor interaction was not there .. even after complaining for hot water not coming .. no one is concerned as I stayed for three days still the response was nill. Mainly no person is intrested in visitor problems and breakfast menu was little bt taste is good .

Pros - Overall a good experience. 5th floor's view is mesmerizing. More than sufficient space in room. Cozy, Clean. Staffs are good. cons- If you have a personal car, it is the best place to stay. The beach is not accessible by walk. Lunch and Dinner not available. Only breakfast.

The hotel staffs are not very friendly and professional. The room is very spacious but there is no proper AC unit in the room. There are two mounted AC units but the receptionist controls the AC unit of the room from the receptionist desk. The lady owner was sitting in the reception counter during our stays and I put a complaint to her but didn’t even care to fix the conditions. The lady owner was very rude and didn’t have proper customer service. The room is not cleaned at all , there were rats in the room throughout the night inside the room. My booking was including the breakfast but the hotel starts serving the breakfast at 8.30 am. I had to leave for the airport by 8 am but the breakfast was not served and the road to the hotel is mud road and the hotel has no proper parking place for bikes and cars. I had to park my bullet outside the boundary.

Good hotel but staff behaviour can be improved. Food was fine. Location is also decent. Overall not a bad experience.

Nice Ambience and spacious Room good maintenance. But No Towel in room, While talking to Receptionist they’are said out of stock. Breakfast was good. If have restaurant in this hotel so nice, but dont have.

We stayed at the Sea View room on the 5th floor and the view was truly divine. The amenities were top class, the beds comfortable, the sofa and desk were also great. The bathroom was clean and the vanity and storage area was ample. The complimentary breakfast was hearty, tasty and served with a smile. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again.

The hotel overall was very good. Rooms were very well maintained with a great view if you choose a beach side view. The entire staff is very cordial and helpful. Luxury rooms at an affordable price.

Location is very near to Rushikonda Beach. Food and hospitality is marvellous
