Pleasant stay at Ocean Vista Bay

Wonderful stay. We booked 4 rooms for 3 days. Staffs, Reception help desk are very polite, attentive. They solve any problem with utmost care. R.K. beach is 1 km away.Food is highly overpriced, better to avoid.

We stayed here for three nights. Overall, it was an average experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location is quite convenient. However, the restaurant offers a limited menu with prices that feel rather high. We also faced issues with the hot water supply, and our room was cleaned in our absence without prior permission, which raised some privacy and security concerns. In my opinion, it’s a decent hotel but the restaurant and some services need improvement...

room service is very slow and in the breakfast when asked for coffee no one came to deliver it also we have to requested many times for a room cleaning after we have extended our stay very very poor service
