I had a pleasant stay at Sierra Beach Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what you’d hope for during a beach getaway. The interiors felt cozy, and everything was in good condition. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. A few minor improvements could make the experience even better, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

The room was horrible. Cleanliness is questionable. Basic amenities were not present. After asking repeatedly for towels they provided us with the same late at night. Terrible experience. Won’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Also the road leading to that hotel is terrible. Off roading

I have stayed for 2 days at the hotel. 1st day of my stay was so horrible due to bed bugs and due to this i had rashes all over my back regarding this I have informed the front desk personnel and showed them the bugs and the rashes on my body. Eventually the hotel management has provided me with an another room. My whole point is that the hotel management has to do some maitainance work at a regular interval of time so that the customer doesn’t have to face this kind of inconvenience in staying. I am not against the hotel and I believe this won’t happen most often.

Did not find the place very hospitable. Kitchen was closed for apparently some lunch cleaning at 11am when we asked for tea though it was later informed to reception & they arranged separately. We had to pay money for just getting chilled water bottles at a price greater than MRP i.e Rs.30 per bottle & no complimentary bottles provided on day 2. Room service button was clicked but service wasn't done. Small things like tea,coffe,milk powder is not available in room if guests arrive late at night, there was kettle but no cups provided, not even toilet tissue paper was provided, we had to call up the second day & ask for it
