AFFORDABLE COUPLE FRIENDLY STAY
The property was in the outskirts of Visakhapatnam, which is Rishi Konda. The place was so nice. Neat and clean, and the service staff was also a very polite and kind.

Did not find the place very hospitable. Kitchen was closed for apparently some lunch cleaning at 11am when we asked for tea though it was later informed to reception & they arranged separately. We had to pay money for just getting chilled water bottles at a price greater than MRP i.e Rs.30 per bottle & no complimentary bottles provided on day 2. Room service button was clicked but service wasn't done. Small things like tea,coffe,milk powder is not available in room if guests arrive late at night, there was kettle but no cups provided, not even toilet tissue paper was provided, we had to call up the second day & ask for it

given worst experience me and my friend bhavyan went.. worst services they provided, they are not sending blinkit or zomoto orders to the room. and the rececepnist heavyly overacting

Best part is they are dog friendly
The location is little outskirt , but many famous restaurants are there . Alot of peace and luxurious. The staffs are poliet and humble , Thank you thank you soo much for this amazing experience.

As per the tariff, the hotel does not offer good value for money. While the service was courteous and prompt, the overall maintenance of the property was disappointing. The rooms and bathrooms were not well-kept, which affected the overall experience. With better upkeep, the hotel could justify its pricing.

hotel was recommended by my college , reservation was in hurry.Hotel was good,good room with all basic amenities central AC ,wifi,TV ,intercom ,prompt room service ,food was also very good. hotel is direct in front of rishukonda beach with beach view rooms . But have to book specifically for sea view rooms as all rooms are not sea view . hotel is new I think as approach to hotel 100 meter is not paved .but some work was going on .bathroom should have exhaust.rest all facility is very good.

Not up to mark
The rooms were not efficient. - even after asking they gave us smoking room. Whole night there was lot of uneasiness in breathing. - AC was not working. - Rooms were shady as F - washrooms were not well maintained, broken tiles. Fungus on floor, ceiling, taps and shower heads. - No beach view from the rooms, name of the hotel is deceiving. - Reception is clean but the rooms are not worth spoiling your experience.
