It’s not a professionally run hotel, and dishonest. 1. I had a confirmed paid booking on MakeMyTrip, which was supposed to be from Tuesday to Friday, I couldn’t check in on Tuesday due to cyclone and I went there on Wednesday. The booking was not cancelled and still live, I never received any call from them and still when I went on Wednesday they refused me the room. After a lot of intervention from mmt and long time, they allocated. 2. When lining up for the check out bills, I was first but they were serving and generating bills of other customers as per their wish instead of first come first serve and made me wait for 15 mins when they were checking out other guests. 3. I had 15% off on food and beverages in my booking and they refused to give that, citing that they made a mistake and will not be able to alter it now as the bill was posted, I had intimated them prior to bill generation, still it was not given attention. Isn’t this cheating ?

This is second time that I was allocated a room on 3rd floor and above which there is Kitchen from where there’s a lot of sound which makes the stay very unpleasant. Even after my request the reception attendant didn’t did anything other than the standard reply that entire hotel is booked whereas I saw only a couple of people around.
