AC was not working properly and early check in they are taking very high amount, next time i will not prefer to stay this hotel

Property is quite close to the main junction, with many options for restaurants nearby.. Room is quite good, tidy and hygienic.. Service is quite good too.. Value for money..

They have charged 1000 rs for early check in. I asked them before booking the hotel about early check in. But they have not said about extra charge. And also they are proving only 1 water bottle in the room. Basically all hotels will provide 2 l as compliment

This is the first time i got such a neat and clean hotel in vizag. Very good location, on main road, just near joy alukkas and south india shopping mall. Delicious food. On reaching at the location, the security standing at the road will take you to the reception and from there within minutes we can check in to the room. Reception staff is very polite and good professional service. Since this is a new building, all furniture and sanitaryware, fittings etc are looking very new. In the complimentary break fast, though there are limited options but all with high quality. I came for 2 days but stayed for one week. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at seasons comfort. It was an excellent experience. The staff were extremely cooperative and supportive, always available to assist us whenever we needed help. The housekeeping team, comprised of ladies, were particularly helpful and attentive to every small detail. They promptly responded to our requests. The receptionist was also very helpful and supportive. The hotel clean and well-maintained.
