Worst hotel

As i entered hotel they took 10-15mins for check in. Then again they gave wrong room and told to shift to other room. The room was with pungent smell so horrible. No amenties provided. Kettle not provided . Towel is so dirty. Bed is so dirt. Haunted vibes in room. Worst experience
