Regarding the tea/coffee facility, we would like to clarify that our Superior Rooms do not include a tea/coffee maker as part of their standard amenities. We are sorry if this caused any confusion. We also wish to inform you that we do not provide sealed plastic water bottles. Instead, we use our own RO water treatment system and offer purified water in glass bottles to avoid the use of single-use plastic and promote sustainability. We are concerned to hear about the issues with room and bathroom maintenance, cleanliness, and the lack of space to keep clothes in the bathroom. This is not the experience we aim to provide. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been informed, and immediate steps are being taken to address these concerns. We’re glad to hear that the food facility was satisfactory.
