Tax difference amount from 18 % to 5% needs to be returned back to me

The location and staff are very good. The food was excellent.very near to railway station. Outside food is not allowed

location is good food at their Rasa restaurant is also good the rooms are very small actually for two persons, the corridors are so closed it may feel suffocating sometimes, the service is not good. They provide only 2 half litre water bottle a day & on asking for RO water they deny, or provide 750ml packaged drinking water at a cost of 60 per bottle. They even argue no hotel provide ro water, even if you ask. Water is a basic necessity, at least provide 2 1ltr bottles to each room .

It’s really a nice place to stay and also hospitable people to help and serve . Nice banquet places with decent food

Bed quality was not good linen had stains and was not changed even after asking them to change. Bathroom was stinking breakfast was not ready when i asked it is in my plan then the way they served 2 idly lite they are doing favor

Didn't feel the hotel was safe and secure. The rooms are okay but I didn't get the vibe of safety here.

The stay at hotel vivana was a disappointment on various levels. Finding blood stains on the sheets was just one of the top ranking disappointment. Constant music from the event hall was not a pleasant feeling when one tries to sleep. The list is endless and i am not going to stay at this place again.

Nothing extraordinary. Just an average hotel. Rooms were shabby. Intercom not working. Staffs were friendly. Also after paying for breakfast buffet was not available.

It was very dusty. Bathroom smelled like it was closed for a long time. Overall a bad experience.

compare with price and room The price is too high but I'm not happy with the service note : never visit again

Room size is small, reception person and room services poor, hospitality is very poor, group d staff insufficient

T ye hotel is about 2km to rk beach. Rooms are small. Breakfast is not wide spread but will suffice. Stayed for one night with family and it was comfortable. Felt little expensive for the size of the hotel and amenities provided.

It was nice to stay at vivan. Food was good and higiene. Hotel response was great, only drawback i saw was, need to carry out luggage while checkin and checkout, no helper available
