Bed bugs and I raise a complaint again that to make my trip on 20 th this month they told after 48 hr they will update me regarding this and I vacate from there 21 and today again I ask for update and now make my trip ask for photos how can u do that they don’t mentioned me before. Very bad experience

TV not operational, Bed sheets are not clean, no hot water in bathroom and mainly no key issued for room, after coming out from outside, we are to collect key from reception and to return

very poor maintenance. sticky smell, TV not working. uncleaned bedsheets, washroom with very bad smell, no inside food, boy gets from outside and poor quality

All was good,staff behaviour was good and facilities also .But one thing had gone wrong that the door had no lock, whenever we went outside our room door was open it may not safe .

in my experience I have never seen such a worst hotel. I travel around the country for my business reasons but it was so messy and dirty.

Cockroaches inside room and bathroom

worst hotel. they are not providing water, only mineral water which you need to buy. TV without any channels, only YouTube. AC without remote. Room is not cleaned, foul smell coming. After the complain with MMT they said they will provide water but still they didn't.

Rooms are bad and room service is not good and every hotel provide water bottle but this hotel not provided water bottle and breakfast is included but hotel is not provided breakfast and west hotel
