THE INVITATION 365 HOTEL

Will I stay here once again? May be NO. On the first day literally I had fight with them for getting the Check-In at 11 am. Looks like they had full booking (or may be overbooking) and some guests were delaying check-out. They should manage better than this. Good points: 1) Spacious, clean room 2) Clean bathroom 3)! Restaurant and food good. Points to improve: 1) Check-in problem I have already described. 2) Door handles of wardrobe broken. Difficult to open. I complained, but they could not repair it. 3) Location: It is 10 km from city centre. (I chose this hotel as it is closer to cricket stadium and we had gone there to watch cricket match)

The best stay in my recent times. Rooms were clean, staffs were polite, toiletries were good and the food certainly stealed the show

Staff respect, hotel maintenance, room cleaning are all very good. I am addicted to accommodation & food 👌

The hotel could not provide us with accommodation despite telephonic confirmation of our arrival by their team. They lodged us in a different hotel, with inadequate facilities, smaller room size and costing almost half the tariff of the booked hotel. It has been a terrible experience. Please process the refund of the booked amount charged extra Accommodation was not provided at the Hotel, but at an alternate hotel with substandard amenities

Food,location and ambience are good. Room service is good. Staff behaviour is good. Parking space is not sufficient.

just above homestay. restaurant food was good. room hygiene needs attention and foul smell ( probably the cleaning chemicals)

The complementary breakfast was really good wherein they served hot food. The room was maintained in very clean and tidy condition. The only thing that caused a little discomfort was that hot water was not available. Only lukewarm water was available.

While the hygiene was good, rooms spacious and food of good quality, washroom was not good, leaking. There was not water. Even after complaining, the situation did not get better.

1.The surrounding area is under repair- noice. 2. Bathroom doors are sliding doors - sliding not working 3. Landline phone not worked 4. Poor response from the management. 5. Small rooms

We stayed for two nights at the invitation365 our stay was pleasant and the room was very comfortable and the staff very courteous. We did not have any issues with the management at invitation365. It is a nice hotel.

The hotel is good and the ambience is also good. I recommend this hotel for your stay. It also has car parking.

the allocated room was stinky and once I complained room was changed without any issues..breakfast served was good

Toilet flush doesn’t work, towels not clean. Not worth the money we pay

Stay and location is superb but 10%offer on food and beverage mentioned is not accepting. Staff and cleaning is 5/5.

good service… room very hygienic…food also available in that hotel. looking very good. bathroom also very hygienic, convenient for all type of people and safety… staff were immediately responding… overall good

Rooms were clean and ambience was great. Staffs were very supportive. We reached at 1 pm at the hotel, but only one room was available for check-in. We were provided with another room at around 6 pm but that room was much smaller and without a balcony. We were charged same for 2 rooms but were not provided with same delux rooms.

I think some hotels have bad rooms for makemytrip -A hotel with a nice look outside, the problem was the washroom, the commode size and seat size were different, photo attached and all the lights were not working, the dosa served in the complimentary breakfast was not freshly made- too cold to eat, and on top of it you carry your luggage yourself, no one to help you,the washroom does not a overhead shower,

Staff was not at all cooperative. Horrible stay i would say i didn’t like property at all and it was not even clean

Pleasant stay except that place is a little run down and needs a lot of upkeep. Otherwise, decent stay, huge room, and a nice breakfast.
