Property is good location excellent. Only problem is hot water and funny answer. Needs to improve service. Specially on line booking. Thanks

1.No Hygienic in Room 2. Not proper cleaning the Room. 3. Breakfast not given on time .4. Breakfast start 8.30 am. 5.No Anger in the dressing cupboard

Location is very near to find, Food is good... Amenities are well good... And services are excellent 👍

The rooms are very neat and clean and the staff are very responsive and kind to help 😍. A must stay place in vizag.

Room was large enough, double bed was comfortable. But AC seemed to be inadequate for the room of that size. Biggest drawback is it doesn't have restaurant attached. Food ordered comes from another unit half a km away, that could take time. Some cloth hangers need to be kept in the particular room that I was in. Overall it's OK. 11 AM check in/check out time is another drawback. Early check in, late check out are charged pro rata.

The staff was so polite , ambience was good , but cleanliness of the beds was very bad, there cockroaches and just over the bed and the in the chairs too, I think it needs to get the dusting for bed heads , coming to washroom the toilerty kit was not provided by hotel...I will rate 2 out of 5

Good nice and ready too be move good to stay and also very good stafff and done a support for that we had continued our stay from one more day

Although it is a small hotel, maintenance is very good, staff behavior is very nice. Property is located in main location, all restuarents are very near.ola , Uber cabs r coming in seconds. Most preferable

Property location is good,room and Bathroom not so clean, No resturant available, staffs are well mannered,

Door was not locking from outside.. toiletries were missing even basic handwash not there.. all the staff were asking for tips even after basic work.
