I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The place is very shady and i felt unsafe with my family. I prefer to stay at this place if you are not accompanied by your family

4 hours delay on schedule time and very old bus has no pickup it is prone to accident places where the bus halts are very bad, not good to eat and no proper wash rooms

location: near to high way ,food: no in house kitchen,but many eateries around , Starbucks also walkable distance, basic stay don't expect wifi,towels and soaps .

The hotel was not clean and rats in the room but the staff were helpful and changed my room immediately even for 3 times but management should take care of rooms better

Staff of the hotel are not professionals. Hotel management should take care to train their employees about prompt response and courtesy in communication. Very lethargic behaviour exhibited by the receptionist though the location is in very good area, rooms are not at all properly maintained, smelling with cigarettes and alcohol. Periodically cleaning of rooms not undertaking on vacating by an earlier guest. Receptionist don’t know the position of vacant rooms and occupied rooms though the hotel is having locational advantage, rating is based on the maintenance overall not satisfactory
