Very good. Very good staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Great place to stay. Very economical and easy to book

Rooms were very neat and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpful. Good parking space for big size cars

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Well maintained and quick services like housekeeping, water and also you can get food delivered to your room upon ordering at the reception.

Near to CMR central, easily located by the customer. Spacious rooms well maintained but little old rooms.

Location is very good. Food service we are not taken. Service is good, but drinking water is not at par.

It seems that past customers or people who have contacts would be allowed better rooms than the ones unknown. The audacity at the front desk is he told blankly and as a matter of fact that room is untidy and not good and I had to accept. Came late. Didn't check prior. Worst decision ever. Ruined all.

I was there on a brief stay, stayed for 12 hours only, the bedsheets were stained, had to request for towels twice. Ac didn't work and not a single water bottle was provided. The blankets were of very poor quality.

The WiFi was not available they said its only available in the lobby, changed two rooms but did get a working TV, lot of noise from outside traffic. This hotel I had been a customer since 2010 but this visit of mine was bad. The staff is very good and friendly but they need to work on the amenities.

It's a good hotel with service is good. But it looks for me overpriced. We have spent couple of days and ok to stay.

Bad smell in room, no water coming in washroom, hotel is under the pest maintenance, staff is rudely behaving. Worst hotel in my entire staying.

Ac was not working properly room was not good, so I wont recommend to anyone
