One of the worst stays in my life.The behaviour of the employees are very informal.They are not cooperative at all.We book for 2days but in check in time they are delayed for 3hrs and at the time of check out they are not considered the time they tell us to clear the room before 11am.We already informed to MMT about this they are also not responding. Location is good and Food is average....But if you ask about the facilities,I will say it is the worst.... They don't know how to deal with the customer... They said that check in time is 12 pm but they give us the room key after 2.30 pm.one of the worst stays in my life.

There was almost no room service at all and the communication was terrible. I was also charged an extra 500 per night on arrival, claiming that had made an error with the price. The toilet was terrible since the flush did not work. An overall horrible experience and will never be staying in this “premium” hotel again.

Comfortable stay and the location was good. Room service has to improve. The staff was polite and reachable.

Worst service,they don't even provide plates also....... The fridge is also not working properly.. and they don't provide even tea powder also

Its in the centre of the city easily accessible to many places. The room was good. Staff were very polite and kind. One thing i would like to suggest is the bathroom floor is very smooth the tiles especially. It's not elderly friendly. One more step needed to get into the bathroom. More shelves in the bathroom to keep our accessories.

Location is good, food and hygiene are not upto the mark, safety standards are normal, rest room is too high and difficult for senior citizens, bed and bedsheets are not good, cleaning is ok, office no problem, check out easy

The place was good, but AC was not working, we faced issues till 5 hrs and then after complaining to Make my trip they provided another room in which AC was working. They charged extra for water which I personally don't like.

Hotel is ok. But safety precautions should be implemented when occur emergency. No steps. This is very bad.

Have to beg for towels, no service boys, tv remote not working, no hot water, response was no good please avoid it do the look for it as its cheap by the way i booked suitroom its too small like 110sq ft room worst bathrooms taps have been broken down

Usually we used to get good rooms but this time the rooms aren't cleaned well. The sofa set is really dirty. There are hairs in bed. As usual toilet height is too high. Other than that everything is okay.

One of the best hotels for stay…. In house restaurant food was great…service is good…. This is my 15th stay …. Love to keep coming back

It is a good stay with nice and friendly staff, but some time they are not punctual but location is so hygiene and great which i liked the most, food is ok and the safety standards are enough good so overall i can give 4 rating

There was breakfast include while booked through mmt, but didn't serve after asked for. And advised to reclaim from mm t as it's not deflecting in our system.
