Very dirty. Used bed sets are provided. Towels have footprints on it. I haven't experienced this level of untidiness ever. The receptionist lady is uncouth and rash. Never again in Touvhwood

Affordable prices, Clean rooms, Great stay, very hospitable staff, located at the heart of the city.

Centralled located and courteous staff. However, the service quality was below par -- windowless room; smelly washroom with clogged drain; stained sheets and towels; erratic breakfast timing.

Room' mentenace not good. geyser, phone not working.for breakfast its not that much of good only few items same for both days.

very bad service by the staff.Included breakfast is very less amount just like to feed a child.Not recommended at all in this price.

It was very nice experience, location is friendly for tourist who want to explore beaches, temples, mountains, City tour for fooding, shoppings and many more. All staff were very humble and welcome was amazing. Hassle free and outstanding services by them. Facilities were near and clean, room services were cleaning daily and the the hotel food was tasty and also quality was maintained. Thanks to Hotel Touchwood team their hard work for such hassle free services to customer and take care of everything. Appreciate from the bottom of heart...they are providing distict services in the hotel industry. Good luck!!!

Loction and facility very good but brekfast do not fast service two day not proply breakfast doing.

I would like to bring to your attention a few issues I faced during my stay. The pillows provided were dirty, and I had to wait from 10:20 p.m. to 11:20 p.m. before they were replaced. The commode sheet came out, and it took a long time for someone to come and fix it. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I requested them early in the morning, but they were never delivered. it is not worth for the money I paid.

it's not a hotel rather just rooms in a mall. Rooms area tiny and have no proper ventilation. The beach is around 2.5 km away. The staff is good but the front desk is not. They order food from outside. Have no restaurant. response time is poor.

Very bad experience my self , I asked towel. Reception said sending, sending, sending..... but I waited for 1 hour finally receptionist said due to Landry problem they don’t have.... minimum common improper employee response. Car parking also not good. Employees responding not good.

In Receptionist one lady is there her behaviour is very bad specially the manager was very rude denied to provide basic amenities like water for all guest food quality was not good , we book 1 king bed and 2 single bed but they provide us only single bed for us they are asking extra charges.... there one receptionist lady is very bad behaviour she don’t know how to explain for regarding food and etc... the manager was using bad words he don’t know how to talk women even he don’t know how to respect women ..... No support staff were there to help elderly women for the luggage .... I we stayed at 2 days even rooms are not clean no one come for cleaning until we leave the hotel... allover very very poor experience....

Room was fine but service was terrible..we reached at hotel 6pm,we got room only bed was ready,but rest room was not clean at all,we ask for towel and extra bed until 11pm no body provide us...when ever we asking for those, they saying giving..but nothing happened...finally after so many time asking they provide us towel after11pm, then extra bed provide no bedsheets.again we asking for bedsheets.. we stay 3 night no one came for cleaning,even we ask for cleaning only reply coming but finally no one came for cleaning until we leave the hotel...overall very very poor experience. Thank you very much..

The food is very good and the facilities are also very easy to find where to go on the main road.

helps are good .but management is terrible, especially reception after informing them about anything,we need to call them 2 to 3 time to remind the same then only they will send people,otherwise they will forget it . i booked for premium room when we visited they gave normal one ,after informing they changed it. they charged 1000.00 for early check-in of 3 hr before that I paid extra

Bed linen, pillow covers and towels were used ones. Towels were changed, but linen and pillow covers were not. Had to use the older towel to dust the bed of the hair strands and other dust. Disappointed with that.
