Though this is high range hotel, intercom is not working even 1/- coconut oil can't provide .....While leaving lady is denied to give hotel GST bill...... Room key charging machine has not working....Still morning key is not activated last time when I was in vizag issues are continuing I thought they have corrected...but not ...

Rooms are not tidy, rooms look old with poor maintenance. outdated/ cutlery in dining area- Full of cockroaches

Apart from food, my complementary tiffin was not found. as per my pack tiffin is added but unfortunately the hotel failed to service. we are attending tiffin session at 9:30am but The receptionist denied for tiffin and argue with me for late comming but as per hotel menu book clearly mention Sunday upto 10:30am. Room service also worse we book for three guests but hotel management not give one extra matrees or Extra Bed. whole night we face more and problem 3 peoples in one bed.

I actually booked a presidential suite but they gave me executive room

My stay was okay overall. The place had the basic amenities required for a comfortable visit, though nothing particularly stood out. bed sheets were itching corridor & ceiling were seen rats moving hot water kettle is not clean found dirt & rust hair dryer is not clean rooms were of bad odor ( no room fresher)

The room wasn't ready for 3 people. Housekeeping was very bad. We had to ask for extra towel, coffee maker, cups and extra glasses. Blanket cover had stains. TV screen could not be shut down. Hall carpet has never been vacuumed. It was not a nice experience.
