Quality Inn Bez Krishnaa

Stay was good . They said it was buffet breakfast but only idly and dosa was served . Requested for one more hour stay but they refused bluntly.

First when I saw the hotel on the Google, it seemed to be good. But you get to know the quality once you visit the place. If you are travelling solo and you just need to just halt for a night, then it's just fine. Coming to staff, everyone is SO SLOW. They were responding very slowly. Like if you call reception or room service, they wouldn't even receive phone. Cleanliness of the room was NOT upto the mark. When went for dinner, whatever dish you ask it was not there. And complimentary breakfast also very less. Overall Staff needs to be more friendly and coordinating.

Disappointing Stay at Bez Krishna 1 - 2/5 stars I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Bez Krishna Here are my grievances: - Check-in was painfully slow, taking 10 minutes. - No access cards were provided; the receptionist had to open the door every time. - The room was infested with cockroaches - a major hygiene concern. - The TV wasn't working properly. - There were issues with the charging sockets. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by these avoidable issues. Wouldn't recommend.

Food is average, but no South Indian food is available, since it's located in south India, minimum South Indian food is expected. Location is fine. Facilities are poor, no quality, like you need to ask for providing door mat in front of bathroom, and is provided after 24hrs, bathroom door doesn't have doorlock from inside, refurbishment of even smallest size of soap not done even after 3days of stay, etc.

Cockroaches all over the place. Carpet stinks. Lift is damaged. Poor reception.

Service to be improved. For online booking customer their response is negligible. Response for room service required multiple reminder

Poorly maintained hotel, carpets with stale smell, washroom in poor condition. though Breakfast was reasonably good. Not a place of choice to stay in future.

Food quality bad. Same type all days No nonveg food If took for 2 days, definitely stomach upset

Between 3 pm n 7 pm no snacks , no coffee/tea. Bed sheet was not changed for 3 days all linen was dirty. Bathroom maintenance was so bad it’s stinking n tap levers were so rusted n falling. The hotel needs thorough renovation to be fit enough for use.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff is not at all motivated to support. They expect you to stay in stinky rooms and not complain about them. As if it’s normal.

i booked suit room and they give a ordinary room and in this ordinary room there is no bathtub I'm complain to hotel they told me there is no bathtub but when I booked suit room there is mansion with a bathtub

Property is On Prime Location , Easy to Get Cabs & Auto in This Location, Food Is Amazing, Room Service was very Good, Front Office Staff & Manager were very Helpful in Resolving Issues, Had Minor Issues with House Keeping Staff,But was sorted By Manager Immediately. Their Breakfast Buffet & Lunch Buffet is Amazing Must Try, Rooms are Neat & Clean, Over All If Your Looking For a Good Budget & Excellent Food & Service & Stay, Must Give it A Try.
