Though it’s a spacious 3 bedroom property can improve on maintenance. One of the bedrooms cupboard is spoiled with termites. (Can’t use it as the termites are actively moving all around) . Other bedroom cupboards don’t have doors . Though ACs are working fine , one of the AC remotes was not working. Fan regulators were not working to reduce the speed. Outside the building premises is filled with garbage.

worst stay I ever had in my life. The place us surrounded by Bars and Wine shop. The building itself won't give you any good vibe. The caretaker was drunk throughout. we somehow managed to stay for a night as we took a halt while travelling from Orissa to Hyderabad. we are a traveller and have had many experiences but this was the worst among all. The washroom was terrible. walls had lipstick marks, pencil and other color marks. this is not at all recommended for a family, decent people.

Our experience was very good, the location is such that you can find all necessary items very close to you like food items, fruits, medicine etc. Our caretaker was very well mannered and responsible. Daily room and bathroom cleaning provided. Room size very good. Overall highly recommended.

The rooms are maintained. The property was clean and the caretaker of the property name srinu was very active. He was always available on a phone call. You have shop’s nearby the property for snacks and tea. The beach is around 2kms from the property. They could improve the washroom condition and kitchen utensils/items. The wifi router must be changed, the signal is very weak and you’ll get connectivity only in living area and not in bedroom.
