Bedsheets and pillows are filthy and not provided towel initially later on asking provided only one and no Hot water... Overall it's a bad experience for me

Ac was not working.. Tried to reach customer care but no response, tried reaching reception- said no other rooms are vacant

Worst service, worst room. No handwash given. Termites were roaming in the room. No room service. You cannot contact anyone if needed. Bedsheet & pillows were not properly cleaned. No geyser in the washroom. No water bottles. All the reviews are misleading. They will ask your phone to give review, dont listen.

Ac note working in room room service is very poor. Not hand wash 🧼 and tawel in room.

It was good. The stay was good but they could make it more good, the rooms are spacious still need some more decoration

We booked 2 suite rooms First they tried saying only 1 room is booked and 3 person have to share that But we alredy payed for 2 rooms, the reception person whr rude and after talking for some hrs he gave another room also but with no AC They charged us heavy amount and with no AC And service staff was didn't provide towel or soaps For that also we need to ask them

The property is at a very convenient location near the airport , and we had a great time inside the hotel.

It was difficult to identify the property to begin with. AC was not working in the room they gave, but then had to fight to change the room. The staff were supportive to some extent overall, but couple if them were rude. Not a Very pleasant stay, but need of the hour.

The hotel is on other name as Lalitha hotel. And they didn't provide any towels or basic bathroom amenities. No phone ,no room service. After i requested i have to collect soap from reception. Terrible experience.

The experience was terrible. In fact there was no hotel on the name specified. There was a hotel at this location, that too on the 4th floor of this building with a different name. After reaching this location with the google map, i am unable to find such a hotel at that location and no one in that area is aware also. after spending a lot of time in searching, i found a hotel with a different name. while enquiring it is known that the name of the hotel has changed. To my utter dismay, there were no toiletries available in the room. No bath towel, no tooth brush, paste etc. i have to purchase from the shop after 9 pm, since i have checked in the hotel at around 8.30 Pm. there was no restaurant either. While check out they were not ready to give the invoice also, saying Make my trip will give invoice and they will not be able to give any invoice. Overall it's a horrible experience.

Due to not getting the online payment

We have a book one room without friends remove the rule through MakeMyTrip can we pay the amount through MakeMyTrip only but the total guys are asking why are you saying that online you have to pay at hotel only then only we will get the more amount why are you doing it online so there asking and one more thing after so many discussions chicken we want to check in and not want to even there is no problem there is some electrical problem is that mcb will be Shadow we given a complaint and even didn't tell anything that happens like this only actually we only the change the mcb and on every time even when it is going and changing the changeover and booking time just for their mention free breakfast and didn't provide breakfast also and one more thing few days through online or MakeMyTrip they are not receiving and one more thing make my trip to have if you have any problems with the hotel guys and hotel payment sorry can you please discuss before that only because we are booking through your app but after that we are facing some problems in power can you please talk with them thank you.
