Review Of HOTEL SM PARADISE - GAJUWAKA

There in no facility available who says by owner They will charged for mineral water and there are no soap and shampoo also

Hotel is ok for 2-3 persons. No Room service, even we were given the key to open and stay. No one came or cares .

had the pleasure of staying at HM Paradise Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need.

The location was terrible. Lots of drunken peoples are there and the area is not safe for outside peoples. These hotel is provided basic amenities including water and towels etc .

Yeahhh the stay was so cool and aesthetic i loved the ambience and friendly receptionist and good parking space. I would recommend to stay in the hotel room

It is my second time staying at this hotel. I am student and i am married. So when my husband comes to visit me we take room here in SM paradise. Both of us are very happy about everything.. The staff's are realy kind and responsible, the room service is top notch and all other services are wonderful. I am from kerala so i am not fluent with my language. The staff's are so kind to hrlp me in some situations where i find it difficult to communicate... This time when i stayed i gave my clothes for laundry nearby and had a issue with that... The lady staff at reception called the laundry person and solved it. Also one of my blinkit order was mis delivered to somebody. The night staff called the delivery boy and solved the problem and i got my order in 7 minutes.. I am so happy with all of them... And i will always stay here when ever iam planning to stay outside of my hostel ☺️☺️

Property was good, hygienic. Staff cooperative.. It would be better if they could provide sleepers, hangers, kettle, glass, cup, plates..

Beds and washrooms are clean but all the other details mentioned during booking is not available over all stay was comfortable but it is very far from Gajuwaka centre

The rooms are good, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was also cooperative. Also there were small eateries around the location where you can have food. The only thing was the bedsheets and pillow covers needed a replace cement, although they were washed properly but still were torn from some parts. Overall the hotel is good for family as well.

Extremely Disappointed with the Room Setup – Not Suitable for 3 Guests as Promised I booked a room clearly for 3 guests, but the king-size bed provided was barely enough for two adults, let alone three. To make matters worse, the extra “bed” they gave was nothing more than a tiny, uncomfortable mattress that felt like an afterthought. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price paid. If the room is advertised for 3 people, it should comfortably accommodate 3—not leave one person struggling on the floor. The comfort and space promised were simply not delivered. I expected at least basic standards of hospitality, but this experience was far below expectations. Would not recommend to anyone planning a stay here. To make things worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were dismissed with attitude.

Although the hotel rooms are newly built, they are poorly maintained and unhygienic. The bathroom was slippery with algae, the room was unclean, blankets were stained, and walls had spit marks. Furniture was also damaged. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Worst experience it’s unsafe for family and couples horrible thing bachelors book the same suit room beside family and knock the doors in the mid night it’s my worst ever experience o don’t recommend the hotel
