room is less spacious than it should be and bathroom is not good

bed bugs was there in beds it's very worst stay to me 1st time am facing this type of issues in hotel

Terrible experience in this property,please don’t book room in this property , room is smelling flush is not working and room door lock is not working

Room are very small, but cost per room is very high. In my room there is no lock in the bathroom. It is my suggestion not to go this hotel.

The location was fine but the rooms were not good at all.. It was not as shown in the photos.. most of the rooms were torn and not properly cleaned. none of the amenities were working properly.. The hot water was irregular.. leakage in the bathroom and it was too smelly because of that.. The room itself was smelly and much much smaller than shown in the images.

Oh ...!The smell when we entered...It didn't go at all until we left...I can't describe the odour but I would say it is terrible. No proper ventilation in the room and light in the bathroom. I wouldn't suggest this stay to someone who has OCD or a cleanliness disorder..I have totally adjusted. Rooms size is very small.

The property pictures show different and actually they are taking different after I arrive I saw the room was full of bed bugs then I was serious they took me to the actual property seems like the pictures are for that property and they have give me a single even though I booked for the suite they said the suites are not vacant so I had to take the room and adjust but it is unfair and also the property maintenance is very poor specially the cleaning and house keeping is not done properly

Nice hotel clean property but toilets window are fused n aligned, food is brought from outside may be but still good. Room service is not that prompt but still good for the prices it offers

such a bad experience. booking karne se pahle soch samjh kar jana yaha bahut service hai kuch aur dikhayenge aur jane k baad ek ghtiya sa room provide karenge

Excellent room and good at service I like the way there treat with patience I like the room it's near to beaches and also comfortable to all places and it's best for families

Worst condition of bed with bed smell room and waste of money insects full of bed informed to staff but not rectified same replaced

I never seen worst hotel like this, no maintenance, bad smell in rooms and wash rooms total dusty and dirty rooms

It’s terrible experience, they charged me for the breakfast 2000 Rs per day and 4000 Rs for two days and they don’t have breakfast option at facility and they are buying from outside shops and getting it, also not concerned about customer needs and terrible staff experience and rooms condition is bad

The room is very dirty with stains on the walls and the washroom is ok and Ac is so dirty to see.. totally the room is not hygienic
