Thought it was a beach front room as it was displayed in picture but it was not. Anyway ambience is good. Well maintained room. Rooms were not noise resistant . Could hear voices from outside even at 11 pm.

It's an old property, but very well maintained. Rooms are clean, AC works well, water is warm, and the service is friendly! The swimming pool is large and clean - enjoyed using it. Hotel design is interesting, and it was fun to walk around and explore. Lots of sea view points. Location is great, walking distance from major museums.

Tucked away by the sea, this is truly one of the most beautiful properties in Vizag — complete with its own private beach. We stayed in Kuteera, and every bit of it felt worth it — elegant, cozy, and full of character. The staff radiates warmth, the environment feels serene, and mornings begin with a lavish, wide-spread breakfast by the breeze. ✨🌊

It was a pleasant experience. I booked the Kutteram room. Room is well decorated, large and sea facing.Staffs were good. Responses were prompt. Few things need to take care a bit more : - Breakfast menu were not that much of varities and waiting time was too long for the foods to refill again. - Property is bit older. More Maintenance is required specially for the furnitures and some outside part of the rooms.

Terrible experience dirty filthy rooms filled with spider cobweb,leaking walls and bedsheets stained,sorry to have zeroed in on such a place for my family dolphin was a far far better choice..i cancelled dolpin for this place

The hotel located within the premises is called *Palm Beach Hotel*. The property itself is part of a larger compound that includes multiple hotels, all sharing a single reception area and restaurant. The reception staff were very courteous and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. Although there is no dedicated travel desk, the staff did provide a contact number for travel assistance. We had initially booked deluxe rooms, but unfortunately, they were dusty and not in a usable condition. However, the management promptly upgraded us to premium rooms at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. Please note that there is no direct access from the beach to the property. The adjacent property is *The Park*, which may offer better beach connectivity.

*Marvellous Sea View & Memorable Family Stay in Kuteerams!* **⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)** We stayed at **Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, Visakhapatnam** from **11th to 14th October 2025**, in one of their **Kuteeram cottages**, and it was a delightful experience. The cottage offered a **marvellous sea view from two sides**, making every morning and evening truly serene. The spacious floor area was perfect for our **23-month-old son**, who thoroughly enjoyed playing around. The **washroom was cozy**, and the **transparent glass view from the washroom to the bedroom** added a stylish modern touch. The surroundings were peaceful, the beach just steps away, and the overall ambiance was refreshing for a family getaway. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and scenic beauty — we’d love to come back again! 🌊✨

Repeated menu in the restaurant for breakfast. Location is good. Ambience of the room is average. Towel and umbrrla are not available at Swimming pool.

I have stated here before as well and of course the property and the location is amazing but it needs lots of maintenance. The breakfast is below average, maintenance of overall property isn’t good either. Bathroom fittings are worn out or not working properly, towels provided are full of stains, the bed sheets and pillow covers don’t look white anymore because they are so old and worn out. Can’t call it a star hotel!

Stay was comfortable. Food is excellent.

Rooms were good but in the restaurant cockroaches were roaming around the dishes at time of buffet breakfast

The hotel is too old and very pricy lift does not work the staff is not fully trained food is not good over rated. The rooms smell a lot

It was amazing experience as we took this family trip to take break from day to day life . Hotel was amazing from check-in to food and hotel aminites . Very beautiful interior . Best part is the location, we used the most of it .

Stayed with my family for 3 nights .. very nice food 5/5, room awesome ( upgraded by Manager sir) 5/5, pool nicely maintained 5/5, sea deck restaurant under maintainance.. overall 5/5 , personal property beach access👍👍 I would recommend everyone for this lovely property ❤️🙏

I always prefer to stay when I count Visakhapatnam Palm Beach. Hotel, but this time, I face lot of terrible things. During the stay first when I come, the bedsheet was full of stains toilet full of sand somehow I get cleaned with housekeeping guys. Second day morning , the a c was completely out of order .
