The property was very well maintained and located at a prime locality with exceptional sea view from the bedroom and the balcony / terrace. I would definitely book this property again.

I think this is a good place to choose right now. There is no food here. Otherwise all facilities are adequate.

The property is located infront of beach and is a perfect location, the property has no welcome system, the care taker is very good and helpful. But the manager is very rude. He said words like pay money or leave.

I have booked and paid for 2 rooms but they provided only one room and said talk with make my trip with negligence we faced a lought of difficulty last night. Please solve my problem first other wise i will post this in other media as i faced so many problems last night with single room. Who is responsible for this make my trip or concerned hotel i have paid for 2 rooms

Worst experience i have had in this hotel so far. No proper reception. No care taker, language issue, no shaving kit, no dental kit and no care taker if any emergency. Completely isolated after 11pm from entrance to 6th floor reception. Hope my view enough to understand. Only good thing is sea view balcony there in premier room no room service available for supplying food. For food have to depend on zamato or swiggy. . Can review

It's wonderful experience with air india. Crew members ar humble and helpful. Smooth landing and take off. In flight meal is testy and fresh. Over all it's memorable to fly with air india. I will definitely recommend family and friends to born air with air india.

Stay was good. Courteous staff with speedy check in procedure. Room was excellent, neat and tidy, great location.

It’s just a service apartment on a beach facing very old apartments on 6th floor. Staffs are not available for service. Very poor on all aspect, the value for price is zero.

First this is not a hotel it is residential society. They have converted two flates in guest house.

Place where i stayed was ok, except entrance rest all are good. Not kitchen but place is opp to rk beach. Good view

Room was good, beach view is very good from room balcony, but building condition is terrible. Very old building with no maintenance.

One night stay. The room is good. We requested breakfast. They made as i requested. Overall it is a good stay.

It's opposite the beach. For a beach view room they charged. It's a little high. Building is very old and clean. But rooms are okay. No breakfast. It is not suitable for family.

I have experienced very bad. The hotel location was good b\. And the price of this hotel is too high, not worth for money.

My stay at baikunth guest stay was extremely very nice, lead manager of the property supported to the extent possible. My stay there was with 5 star amenities. I found the property through map location provided by makemytrip.

Accommodation satisfied us but staff was not friendly. No food availability there. Rest all fine!

The sea view point is excellent

suggestion would be exterior is not so good looking like an old building from out and the interior is good the rooms are clean and Hygienic.Overall, it's a good stay owner/receptionist is friendly.

For family trip excellent accomadation. Owner and manager were very helpful and hospitable. Room was clean. We enjoyed sea view very much. Close to city too. Lord jesus bless you.
