Only Location is good, they don't serve good tea/coffee its horrible. Water bottle is also limited to 2 nos. Staff is good & cooperative . Cancellation policy was worst I wanted to cancel booking for one day they refused

The hotel Rio beach Elit room was good as per location , however housekeeping was not good as room was not cleaned thoroughly, have doubt that bedsheet was changed or not, not expected after paying. Break fast was good . Will give 3 out of 5 to the hotel. That to rating given only for location of the hotel and staff behaviour.

We stayed here for two days, but the air conditioning in our room was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Instead of fully shifting us to another room, they only allowed to spend the nights in a different room and had to return to the original one during the day. This arrangement was very inconvenient and disappointing.
