location of hotel is excellent near RK beach ...has a big clean swimming pool ..staff have excellent behavior. .restaurant is clean with variety of delicious food. Rooms are large with clean bathroom..stayed only one day but had nice experience!

It was not as expected, no cleanliness of the room the lenins and overall hygiene was not upto the mark. There was pile of dust in the cupboard and the room was not good.

The bed was slightly wet and the walkways had a bad smell.

The property location is beautiful and the breakfast is also very good. But somehow cleanliness is not maintained in the hotel. Almost everything looks dirty and old. Overall it's good.

The main attraction of this hotel is about the location . this hotel offers you private beach access with sea view rooms and private pool area. moreover it is a budget friendly hotel and have ample parking space. Best time to visit is during monsoon which adds beauty to this hotel.

My stay was overnight and only for a few hours. The location is quite good and is 10-15 minutes drive from the beach. What looked obvious was that the room, particularly the bathroom required better maintenance. The toilet wasn't as clean as one would expect in a 3-4 star hotel. Some bathroom fittings were old and had signs of corrosion. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. At the time of checkout in the morning, I found the reception area air-conditioning was not functional. All in all, the overall experience was average.

I don’t feel any good vibe while staying there. Room was just ok not so good as per the price they are charging. Stayed there also nothing feeling special. I have also asked for a room change but they said all full . Overall it was just an average experience. No access to the beach also from there property but they advertised personalised beach is there for the hotel.

Old property need maintenance, spacious rooms but lack cleanliness, basic amenities missing, services also need improvement. Food is ok, breakfast should have more variety

Location is good, but no sea-facing room. No elevator, food was good.

Breakfast buffet was good, the spread was great and the food delicious. Property location is top notch with private access to beach, one of the best you can find in Visakhapatnam. Beach view is available only for kuteeram rooms, if you can afford to spend additional 1.5k i would recommend taking kuteerams/ suits instead of regular rooms(which are quite underwhelming) Service and hospitality was below par for 4 start hotel, staff were undertrained and showed bad attitude. The toilets were uncleaned in our room, the entrance grass from balcony to the room was wet, no door mats were provided, the shampoo provided in the toiletries was stinking no / little help was provided for carrying luggage to our rooms.

It was like a shock when entered into the room. It is 4 star hotel and the way the room they kept is horrible. Stinking every where linen is in pathetic condition. I have booked for 2 days and just left in one day and lost one day pay
