Had a pleasant stay at Fairfield Marriott vizag. The ambience of the entire hotel was very good. Polite and attentive staff everywhere. The food was excellent. The restaurant manager and the support staff at the restaurant were so kind and nice throughout our stay. A gentleman who was a Singh, Ms. Sravani and ms. Tarshi were really wonderful people who took good care of us and explained about the facilities, amenities and the ways of enjoying points during next stay at Fairfield Marriott. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Average Stay
The hospitality they showed was good, however there was a 15 mins spa promised, which they could n't satisfy. They were out of staff for massages. The cost room was however very and is not very exceptional for the price paid.

Poor Stay
not a very good experience. safe was not working , kettle was not working, poor room service.buffet dinner was cold

Excellent Stay
It was great experience. Check in and checkout was hassle free. It was a comfortable stay, clean and cozy. Service was fast. Tharshi and Sravani take good care of our stay. Would visit again and highly recommend.

I stayed earlier also ,but this time the reception could give me a room as I required . it helped me a lot .The service is as it what been , quite satisfactory the house keeping was regular and though I did not take much from restaurant,whatever I had was excellent and served as it should good place,worth the money spent good ,comfortable stay. Not Happy..
not upto the fair Field standard...need to improve the maintenance. washroom exhaust was not working.. we got two days bill when we booked for 3 days

Very wholesome experience
Property location was very convenient for all mode of transport. The food in the property is amazing. amenities and services provided by the property was industrial level.

The property is soo good . It’s in a prime location . You can get taxis and other amenities on time . Staaf is soo cooperative and humble . Proper care they took . Food is awesome

The room was not properly refreshed, it smelled full of cigarette smoke...there was no hair comb pack

Terrible Stay
Not worth for money since we paid around 15k for small room and they charged extra 1500rs for extra BED and Room also very congested
