Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at Keys Hotel Vizag and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall comfort were truly excellent. The rooms were well-maintained, the amenities were perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of to make my stay relaxing. rooms are very small not good and inconvenient toilet cheap toiletries food also not good limited items in buffet

Hotel was too good and with great buffet, the staffs were cool. and you will be able to watch the city view from the room, beach view is not available but near to teg hotel. local market is few steps away. which is really very cheap and cheaper if you bargain. I liked ramesh from reception and sourav and iqbal from resturant. any thing you need there ask these guys. they are great

very nice stay but had few issue
stayed for 4 days at the property every thing was nice except some glitches and quietness of room was not there we can hear sounds of adjacent rooms 😂

Excellent Stay
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of services. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the Shower was amazing. They are very friendly and coorperative, especially Mr Ramesh who always at my reach for having any kind of Support.

Poor Stay
Food was awesome. Easily accessible to all places. Was not comfortable with the check in process. It took lot of time. And the room wasn't ready for almost 40 minutes

Excellent Stay
Service is very good and fast, Mr. Ramesh was the key person for the coordination and fast enquiry. Very helpful. Food is very delicious but takes a little bit of time so make sure to have an hour or two. Stay is comfortable.

I think room is average for the price that was quoted, but bathroom is bit of an issue due to space constraints. Door was getting locked from outside multiple times. Location is ok

The stay was good, staff was polite nd helpful. Just felt the room was very compact, discussed with the reception they said all rooms are same only in the hotel. They provided us room in top floor which was available. So overall had a good experience. Thanks
