first of all it is very close to the railway station, about 10 mins walking distance from the railway station...rooms are also good but a lil bit old fashioned...need to be updated...but service is 10/10... breakfast was also nice...they provide from outside which tasted so good

Getting some bad smell while coming out of the washroom. To use TV you need swap batteries from AC remote this is too horrible. And finally they are simply disconnect the power to AC in the middle of the night

Hotel was very good and situated in main location. Only 10 minutes walking distance from Vishakhapatnam railway station. Most liked thing to me hotel manager and all receptionist, restaurant staff very well and polite behavior. when my 4 years old son soiled the bedsheet, they first demand charge but after small request from me they didn't take it. Only one small negativity that housekeeping staff demand money at the time of check out. Room and bathroom was clean. AC working properly. Hotel restaurant situated in ground floor and food was also good. I am not facing any bad situation during the staying in this hotel.

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are very small and not properly maintained. The wall clock in the room is running slow. Bed rolls and linen are not clean. Room service is ok. Quality of the food is ok. The small table in the room is damaged at the back. Bathroom standard is low. No hot water comes from the shower. On the whole, the maintenance and standard of the room needs to be improved.
