From check in hotel people are so active and gave me check in so fast. Room is very spacious and very neat and clean. Bathroom is very neat and clean and bathroom amities are extra ordinary level like 5 star. Food is good and service also good. I asked for slippers immediately provide me.

Hotel is build with excellent interior but the service is not good. Ordered food in room dining "i ordered chicken tikka came paneer tikka" which got replaced once I highlighted. if you are getting a breakfast plan, please don't think of getting once because hotel doesn't care when you need the breakfast. it will only come at 8.30 am -9.30 am not before than....that too a standard one....with no options to choose. requested a iron board and iron thinking it come under a basic amenities but I guess not for this Hotel. it's a exception hotel which doesn't maintain basics.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Photos, Wrong Room, and Overpriced

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We booked a specific room based on the photos and description shown on the app. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different room—smaller, poorly maintained, and lacking the features clearly shown in the pictures. This is blatant false advertising. When we brought this up with the staff and even showed them the photos and our confirmed booking, they were completely unreasonable and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or offer any sort of compensation or solution. It's clear they know they’re misleading customers and just don’t care. On top of that, the breakfast was shockingly overpriced for what was offered – very limited variety, low quality, and absolutely not worth the premium price they charge. Save your money – stay somewhere else where you’ll actually get what you paid for and be treated with respect.
