Bad breakfast spread.
Food was not that exciting. Bad breakfast spread. Nothing tasty and not hygiene. There was a group of people eating while standing next to buffet vessels. Wanted a peaceful place but was so load and so unhygienic and bad breakfast

Disappointing experience in a member hotel ITC group
The property doesn't look like a member hotel ITC group. I am very disappointed with the amenities inside the room. Despite booking the suite room, the rooms were old and not well maintained.

I'm a little bit disappointed this time.. food served cold and poor in taste ... taps were leaking, that took too long to resolve... not at all expected from the fortune group

Our stay at Fortune Inn Sree Kanya, Visakhapatnam was splendid. Our honest stay review is as follows : 1. The Executive Suite room was too good, spacious with a proper restroom. 2. The Fortune Club room, though a bit smaller, was good; however, the restroom was quite small. However, both the toilets were properly equipped but ventilation facilities should have been better. 3. The hospitality was unmatched, all employees were welcoming, with an ever smiling approach. 4. To specially mention the food - that's awesome. We have been visiting various upscale buffets in Kolkata, but, choice of menu, spreads, taste and service matches any high standard 5 star hotel. We will always suggest a family stay at Fortune Inn Sree Kanya, Visakhapatnam.

Parking space is limited. Staff behaviour is excellent. They have gone out of their way to make us feel at home.

Poor Stay
It’s not at all of ITC standard.. As soon as I entered the room there was some foul smell, also the carpet was smelling bad, the room was hot and AC was not cooling the room, some maintenance issue. House keeping services were pathetic, I kept requesting the reception / housekeeping for a soap and shoe shine but no one turned up even after calling them three times.. would not recommend.

coupleWe stopped over at vishakhapatnam en-route from kolkata to bangalore road trip and were thoroughly impressed! clean, cosy, comfortable rooms and secure parking ensured a peaceful night's stay. The pizza was a highlight - absolutely delicious! what stood out, however, was the staff's warmth and flexibility. They kindly provided us with an early morning breakfast (6 am) to accommodate our travel schedule. Highly recommended for road travelers!

The staff was courteous and service was good. The rooms were also neat and tidy. The overall stay was comfortable too. My only complaint is about the food, though there was a variety in the breakfast buffet, the taste and freshness of the food fell short. Could have been much better.
