Breakfast wasn’t good, room need Maintance

Excellent. Especially F&B section ms. Jaanet. Room are well neat and clean. Service on call within seconds

I stayed here for 4 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food was really good — fresh, tasty, and with enough variety to enjoy something different each day. The only issue I faced was that the hot water worked only about half the time, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was great — cleanliness, comfort, and service were all up to the mark.

It was good experience and stay is comfortable. Food also good. Jammat and Swamy provided polite service...

Food was good (Breakfast buffet) . Bed quality and cushions may improve little better. Rest is ok .

We had an amazing experience staying at Ginger Visakhapatnam. I’m truly grateful to Indu Shri and Niroop for their warm assistance at the front desk and for ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout process. A special shout-out to Jannat and Sai for their excellent management of the kitchen and prompt handling of all food-related queries. I also deeply appreciate the staff for helping me recover my wallet that I had accidentally left in the room after checkout. Thank you, Ginger Hotel, for creating such wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Super friendly staff and great service — made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Located nearby to highway. Good for solo travellers.

I had a pleasant stay during my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service was quick and courteous. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport facilities. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Stay is very good and comfortable

The hotel stay was good — the rooms are clean and the service is fine. But the biggest con is the timing. The check-in and check-out are only from 9 AM to 5 PM, not for a full 24 hours. For it feels expensive considering the short duration. If it was for a full day, the price would be worth it, but for just daytime hours, it doesn’t feel reasonable. Except That Everything is Good

We paid the full amount in advance, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We Checked-in at 5:30 PM – and even then, rooms were not ready for a fully paid confirmed booking.. The so-called double occupancy room had just one towel. After repeated requests, we finally got towels at around 8:00 PM, only after escalating to the manager (who had already left for the day). Early next morning, at 4:00 AM, we discovered the wash basin drain was completely choked – dirty water bubbled back onto the washroom floor while we brushed. To make matters worse, there were no mugs in the room for even a simple cup of tea. This series of lapses clearly reflects either inexperienced or utterly careless staff. Even the security guard behaved with unnecessary attitude. Only food was good and restaurant staff were good. Never going back to this property.

I stayed at Hotel Northway, Daba Garden, Visakhapatnam today, and it was a disappointing experience. The room was just okay, but several promised amenities were missing. Even for a simple request like a water bottle, I was charged extra. The staff were rude and unresponsive, which made the stay unpleasant. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

They have not given me room at 10.30 AM, even many rooms were empty.. and charged me early checkin charges

Room should be still be in proper condition is sealings and walls. Food was good but the cookies were so unhealthy at the time of tea

A STONE THOW AWAY FROM THE HUZZLE BUZZLE OF GALUWAKA, A QUIET PLACE. FOOD WAS AWESOME AND THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS GOOD. THE ROOMS WERE GOOD WITH ADEQUATE FACILITIES
