Room and washroom were clean housekeeping was good room comes with 2 complimentary water bottles, coffee tea and sugar packets with 2 cups and a hot water flask, when you give key for housekeeping they replaces the packets washes cups empties dustbin these were positives negatives fan either moves at full speed or very low speed no in between, ac also didn't feel that cold even at 18 degrees, instead of cooling room temparature only air flow comes out.

The place is pretty good but cleanliness is not that up to mark they need to work on bed sheet and blankets cleanliness and sometimes the AC can't able to cool the room and the fan has only one speed control when I tried to slow the fan it got off directly my room no was 201
