Terrible Stay

They informed me that my checkout time was 11.00 but as per mmt it was till 12.00. I had to raise a complaint with mmt as staff was not ready to support. They gave me a standard room even though I booked an executive room at a higher price. It seems all rooms are same. Then my question is why they placed different pics and different prices in the site. My trip experience got spoiled. My precious time got wasted in resolving issues.
