Hotel wash room door was looking properly. Service is too late.Staff are polite and coperative but basic amenities and hygiene of the hotel was not up to paying price.

Very bed experience, Accommodation Issues: 1. *Bed Comfort*: Two single beds joined to make a double bed resulted in an uncomfortable sleeping experience due to the noticeable gap or separation between the mattresses. 2. *Bathroom Issues*: - The bathroom door locking mechanism is faulty; it either doesn’t lock properly or gets stuck and doesn’t open easily. - Low water pressure from the tap, making it inconvenient for use. 3. *Cleanliness*: - The bed sheet was found to be dirty, indicating poor housekeeping standards.

Room is good. Hygiene maintained. But, i booked non ac room and the fan only runs on the maximum speed. It's winter. Can't turn off or turn on. A bit off trouble regarding that.

My stay at eesha elite was nice. I was in vizag for some work and did not think much for a hotel but eesha elite was a really nice stay. From hassle free checkin to helpful staff everything was great.

Yes. The hotel is ok. But the preparedness to receive a customer is nil. Because, though we checked in late by 7 hours, still the room allotted was incomplete. The wash room door is locked when one closes it from inside. After prolonged attempts by insider and outside room partner, it could open. This negligence is not excusable.

One of the best hotel es-ha elite in vizag. It's feels us more please-ant atmospheric area no disturbances also. Coming to staff people they are talking with us very politly. In mornings we don't need to ask them for complementary breakfast hotel stat f people are giving breakfast daily exactly by 8. 30 in morning also so nice of management also. I suggest to everyone that best staying is es-ha elite. Thank you.
